Customer Contact Week Announces 2018 Award Winners

Las Vegas, NV (June 20, 2018) – Customer Contact Week is proud to announce the winner of the Best in Class Contact Center (under 99 seats) award to Gant Travel.  The award gala on the evening of Tuesday, June 19th at The Mirage was hosted by Five9 and recognized the most innovative organizations and executives in customer contact across 13 categories.
