At Gant Travel we understand the complexities of implementing a managed travel program. Gant has developed a dynamic corporate implementation process that fosters flexibility and customization. Led by our Director of Implementations, Gant will schedule comprehensive meetings to establish your requirements, working with you to determine the optimal methodology.
Our implementation plan consists of four distinct phases:
- Phase 1: Initiation and planning – Project kick-off meeting, requirements review, development of plan for training and support, and timeline.
- Phase 2: Execution – Implementation of service locations, technology integration, payment systems and profile integration, customer support delivery plan, corporate and supplier programs integration, staff orientation and training.
- Phase 3: Control – Technology platform testing and problem resolution, payment systems testing and problem resolution, full integration test.
- Phase 4: Closure – Project close-out.
Each implementation is unique and will take approximately 1-4 weeks to complete. However, over 76% of our implementations were finished within 17 days last year. Gant Travel is one of the few preferred partners of Concur that can offer a one-week implementation on the Standard platform of Concur. Once Concur has given us the green light that the tool is completed, we will then set up two free live WebEx training sessions to educate your travelers on how to use the platform.
