We don’t stop the cost-savings at contract negotiations. After booking, Gant Travel’s Guardian software electronically checks all airfare and hotel reservations for cost reductions. If a savings is identified, we secure the lower price and issue a credit with no change to an itinerary.

Each individual virtual card can only be applied to one hotel reservation, a hotel stay can be funded directly without having to give the traveler or the hotel access to your organization’s corporate card. In addition to securing your corporate credit account, organizations can limit purchases by merchant category (hotel only), total spend, spend type (room, tax, parking, breakfast), and expiration date.
