The customer service team at Gant Travel seeks to give travelers the “perfect trip.” The CCW award-winning team of home-based agents is at your service any day of the week at any time of the day. There’s also no additional charge for travelers with existing reservations who have questions or would like to make modifications to their trip after hours. Additionally, while Gant’s average hold time is under 60 seconds, we also give customers a call-back option where they can hang up and receive a call from an agent without losing their place in line.

Gant is at the forefront of travel technology that aims to improve experience for both travelers and Travel Champions. With Gant Gateway, travelers and travel champions have easy access to Gant’s long list of integrated travel tools in addition to single sign-on linkage to Concur. Additionally, users can use Gant Gateway on their mobile device and still have full access to Concur. 

Travel Champions also have access to important analytics on Gant Gateway where they can view expenses and check the status of travelers with the Travel Reporting System. Additionally, Travel Champions can track unused tickets, reassign tickets, organize meetings, and so much more. Gant offers advanced travel tools like TicketRetriever, Perfect Waiver, Gant Fare/Rate Guardians, the Prepaid Hotel Cancellation Program, and Meeting and Event Planning tools.

Planning business travel is about to become even easier with some of Gant’s newest developments launching this year, including an upgraded meetings system, Gant Together, our Travel with Benefits program, and the introduction of Gia, our chat-based booking assistant.
